Any mechanical Avid disc brake (BB5 or BB7) on a 160 mm disc will do a good job, as will do most other mechanical disc brakes. For hydraulic brakes you need a brake with the tube located on the left hand side and a sealing system that can be connected to longer tubes which is pretty rare (no, Shimano SLX won´t do...). Depending on the brake you might be able to squeeze in a 180mm disc as well.
